how do brilliant women empower?

We don’t, you do! We merely work with women to be the agents of change by seeking to support, teach, talk, listen and ultimately enable women to act and change their life for

the better.

This gives birth to women seeing their power and becoming empowered!

Brilliant Women is committed to:

In women

• Enabling women to know, respect and value themselves and as a result be inspired to reach their full potential both personally and professionally.

In youth

• Encouraging young people to know, value and respect themselves and as a result increase their self esteem and increase their esteem in others and their environment.

In the home

• Encouraging a healthy home life by developing better understanding between family members.

In the workplace

• Inspiring women to achieve a work/life balance in business and their career but not at the expense of their health or

their families.

In schools

• Empowering teachers to know themselves and give them the tools to maintain and sustain inner confidence and self belief in the workplace.

• Empowering girls and young women to be confident learners, with high aspirations, in control: of their lives and achieving their full potential, so that they can contribute fully

to society.

In the community

• Raising awareness of community issues and present hopeful new perspectives on how a community can make a change.

In the United Kingdom and globally

• Forming partnerships to achieve the above all over

the world.

Coming to this event has really inspired me to start the business that I should have started long ago. I think Brilliant Women is Brilliant! Inspirational, I was able to make new links and open new doors, students enjoyed themselves and I was glad they had the opportunity to experience such an event.
